Q: How much does it cost to create a word art print?

A: No cost to create a print. You only need to pay if you want to print out and frame the print.

Q: Do you keep the files if  I lose my print or it gets damaged?

A: We keep the file for up to 30 days if want to get a reprint.

Q: Do you offer technical support if  I have a problem creating my artwork?

A: Yes there is normally someone around on chat or if not please feel free to send us a message.

Q: Can I use a voucher I have found?

A:  Yes give it a try. We run special offers all the time for reduced price prints.  Alternatively please try our Etsy store for offers as well: click here

Q: What if my item gets damaged?

A: If your print is damaged when it arrives please send us an image of the damage and will replace it.

Q: Do I have to buy a frame?

A: No you can purchase an unframed version and frame it yourself.

Q:  How big are your word art prints?

A: The prints come in A4 and A3.  If you require a different size frame you would be best purchasing the digital version and printing out yourself to fit your frame.

Q: What about sending prints back?

A: We don’t actually accept returns.  We have printing and packaging costs and can’t resell any items if they were returned.

Q: Do prints get lost in the post?

A: A very small percentage of prints will go missing.  If you think your print has been lost please get in contact.
