Word Art Prints return and refund policy
We accept refunds and exchanges.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There are no refunds on digital items.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be refunded the cost of your purchase, minus the shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin @ wordartprints.com and send your item to: word art prints, 73 Clarence Gardens, Hyndland, Glasgow, Strathclyde G11 7JW United Kingdom.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Q: How many words can I add to the print?
A: Add as many words you as like to the print.
Q: Can I change the colour of the words?
A: Word colour can be easily changed, please click below the column header “colour” when on the design page.
Q: How long does it take to get delivered?
A: UK is normally, while rest of the world 7-15 days.
Q: Are the prints framed?
A: Both framed and unframed versions of the prints available.
Q: Is there a digital version of the prints?
A: Yes there is a digital version available, therefore there is a digital option at checkout.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes, please see details above.
Q: Does the word art app allow me to add my own designs?
A: No we don’t allow designs to be added to the website. However, if you send us a message with your design we will upload it for you and this will allow you to output your design.
Q: Can I get the print output in a different size?
A: Designs are either A4 or A3. So, if you want a different size you are best purchasing the digital version and we can create the image in any size you require for your frame.
Q: What if I make a spelling mistake?
A: If you make a spelling mistake please contact us ASAP and we will try and alter it before we send to the printers.
