Q: How do I add the words to the print?
A: Please click on the red button above to create this print.
Q: How many words can I add to the print?
A: Add as many words you as like to the print.
Q: Can I change the colour of the words?
A: Yes, can be changed by clicking below the word “colour” on the box where you add your words.
Q: How long does it take to get delivered?
A: UK is normally 3-5 days, while rest of the world 7-15 days.
Q: Are the prints framed?
A: Both framed and unframed versions of the prints available.
Q: Is there a digital version of the prints?
A: Yes there is a digital version available.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes, please see main menu for more details.
Q: Does the word art app allow me to add my own designs?
A: No we don’t allow designs to be added to the website. However, if you send us a message with your design we will upload it for you and this will allow you to output your design.
Q: Can I get the print output in a different size?
A: Designs are either A4 or A3. So, if you want a different size you are best purchasing the digital version and we can create the image in any size you require for your frame.
Q: What if I make a spelling mistake?
A: If you make a spelling mistake please contact us ASAP and we can arrange for you to create it again (we can’t edit images).
Brilliant service. Creating the print is really easy. I wanted to make some changes after buying the initial print and I emailed to ask if I could change it, they were so fast getting back to me and explained what I needed to do. Delivery was quick and the print in the frame looks really great. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would definitely recommend.
OMG! This was the perfect gift for the coaches at the end of the football season. They usually get vouchers, so this was a real step up and they absolutely loved them, as did all the parents. The final product soooo much better in the flesh than the proof! Website and process really easy to navigate and the price was great. I would buy again and again. If you’re thinking twice…. no need to!

Absolutely wonderful, my sister is going to be so happy with this. So easy to create and love the fact you can see the finished article before committing. Next time I create one I probably would not use the paler colours as they are hard to see, but that was totally my fault . Great service very pleased I bought this.
